Job Title: Fleet Mechanic

Job Summary: This role involves performing repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on heavy-duty trucks to ensure safe and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance. This is primarily a field-based role serving the DFW Metroplex and North Texas, with occasional work at our shop.

Duties and Responsibilities:      

• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot Engine Fault Codes, After Treatment Systems issues, Hydraulic issues, and perform repairs.
• Read schematics for electrical issues, and trouble shoot A/C issues
• Identify, report, and correct vehicle defects or damage to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years’ experience as a mechanic, or equivalent, required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Technical Degree, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, required.
