Job Title: Survey Division Manager
Job Summary:
The Survey Division Manager will lead our survey operations and drive strategic initiatives. This candidate will oversee a diverse range of projects, from initial planning to execution, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in every aspect.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the survey division, including team recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Oversee survey operations across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement innovative survey practices and technologies to enhance precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive survey solutions.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation, including equipment and personnel.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Build relationships with clients and partners to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
- Licensed Professional Surveyor (or equivalent certification) preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency in survey technologies, including GPS, GIS, and CAD software.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality in a close-knit professional network.
