Job Title: Survey Division Manager

Job Summary:

The Survey Division Manager will lead our survey operations and drive strategic initiatives. This candidate will oversee a diverse range of projects, from initial planning to execution, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellence in every aspect.

Duties and Responsibilities:       

  • Lead and manage the survey division, including team recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Oversee survey operations across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative survey practices and technologies to enhance precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive survey solutions.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation, including equipment and personnel.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Build relationships with clients and partners to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
  • Licensed Professional Surveyor (or equivalent certification) preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in survey technologies, including GPS, GIS, and CAD software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality in a close-knit professional network.
