Job Title:  Welder

Job Summary:  

The Welder is responsible for the service and repair of various types of off-road, heavy construction equipment. Duties include diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, or overhauling mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. This position is primarily a field-based position, servicing equipment throughout the DFW Metroplex and North Texas. On occasion, this position may also work at the Company’s main shop in Frisco, TX.

Duties and Responsibilities:      

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques and equipment
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Welder
• Experience in heavy construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adherence to safety guidelines and regulations
