Job Title:  Superintendent - Batch Plant

Job Summary:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Batch Plant Superintendent to join our team in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:      

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
