Job Title:  Document Controller

Job Summary: The Document Controller for the Survey Division manages and maintains all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:      

• Verify document accuracy, conduct audits, and address discrepancies.
• Liaise with project managers and surveyors, facilitate communication, and provide training on document procedures.
• Facilitate effective communication between the survey division and other departments regarding document status and requirements.
• Ensure documents adhere to regulations and industry standards and prepare for audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years in document control, preferably in surveying or construction.
• Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork.
