The Subcontract Clerk is responsible for assisting accounting team with administrative duties associated with subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain subcontractor document tracking and electronic filing.
- Review and maintain subcontract requests per company guidelines.
- Support with subcontract agreements, changes and purchase orders.
- Work with Operations and Subcontractors to build relationships and ensure services match agreements.
- Support projects with cross-team collaboration.
- Stay updated on company policies and practices.
- Aid Finance in billing and reporting for Subcontract work.
- Assist in resolving invoicing issues.
- Keep Subcontract files organized and compliant.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years of subcontract experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good at multitasking
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Viewpoint Spectrum experience a plus
- High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
